We are a company that have been selling Brand-New and B-Grade electrical and non electrical items for the Home, Garden and Leisure Industry for several years. We have a large, friendly shop you can visit, along with warehouse and Web-based ordering facilities. We buy and sell a superb range of top quality products from around the UK and abroad and offer these items to the general public in the Birmingham area and now to the online community at very competitive prices. Some of our goods are limited in availability so we would advise you to buy quickly to avoid disappointment. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of acceptance of a payment.

WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE:
Any item purchased from us can be returned if you are unsatisfied with the product in any way.
You can return non-faulty items within 7 days for a full refund.
Between 7 and 14 days, non-faulty items will be refunded minus postage costs.
All that we ask is that you return non-faulty items in the same condition that they were sent to you, i.e. unused, with original packaging and accessories. Additionally, brand new items must be returned unopened.
OR
Faulty items can be returned within 7 days for replacement, or a full refund including return costs. Please contact us before returning faulty goods to find out acceptable return methods.
Between 7 and 14 days we will exchange, or refund minus postage costs.
Please note that it is your responsibility to return goods to us safely.
Please state clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and the problem (if any) with the product. We strongly recommend that you send items using recorded post as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Please allow 3-4 working days for your return to reach us. We will process your parcel on receipt. If exchanging please allow 3-4 working days for your parcel to reach you.
If an item is damaged, then please do not sign for the item. If after opening your parcel you find there is internal damage to the item/items then this must be reported immediately for us to file or pursue a claim.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
AFTER 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE:
Most of our products have a 12 month warranty period unless otherwise stated in the description. Please note that some products are guaranteed by us and some have a Manufacturers Guarantee. That is the only difference! Either way your purchase is guaranteed for the period stated within the advert.
We will endeavour to repair or exchange the item for you, however if we do not have the same product in stock then we will offer you a replacement product of equivalent value or a credit note for the value of the goods. After the Initial 14 days, only goods (and no refund) can be claimed from our shop for exchange of faulty items within the guarantee period (Graded Items).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
